Scope of Advisory Services
The advisory services offered by JMJ Partners LLP are focused on assisting clients in assessing market opportunities, understanding financing options, and preparing strategic approaches to transactions. All final decisions regarding capital raising, debt structuring, refinancing, or any financial transaction must be made by the client, with the appropriate legal, financial, or regulatory oversight being provided by the client’s chosen advisers.
Limitation of Liability
JMJ Partners LLP shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or legal disputes that arise as a result of the client’s decisions or actions. The client acknowledges and agrees that JMJ Partners LLP provides regulated and non-regulated advisory services and that the client is solely responsible for the execution, negotiation, and implementation of any financial transaction or investment.
