Client Responsibility
The client retains full responsibility for all final decisions, including but not limited to negotiating terms, structuring transactions, and executing agreements. JMJ Partners LLP does not act as a legal or financial intermediary in any way and does not provide services that constitute “dealing in investments” or “arranging deals in investments” under the FCA Handbook.
JMJ Partners LLP offers high-level strategic advice and support but does not act on behalf of the client to arrange or conclude any financial transaction. The firm’s role is limited to offering guidance, preparing materials, and advising on market conditions and transaction strategy. Scope of Advisory Services
The advisory services offered by JMJ Partners LLP are focused on assisting clients in assessing market opportunities, understanding financing options, and preparing strategic approaches to transactions. All final decisions regarding capital raising, debt structuring, refinancing, or any financial transaction must be made by the client, with the appropriate legal, financial, or regulatory oversight being provided by the client’s chosen advisers.
Limitation of Liability
JMJ Partners LLP shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or legal disputes that arise as a result of the client’s decisions or actions. The client acknowledges and agrees that JMJ Partners LLP provides advisory services only and that the client is solely responsible for the execution, negotiation, and implementation of any financial transaction or investment.
